AFTER HOUR CALLS
Our costs for after hour phone call triage have increased significantly and
we will no longer be able to provide this free service to you on as frequent
of a basis as we have previously. We ask that you help us not to have to
pass this cost on to you by limiting your after hour phone calls to urgent
and emergent calls.
MEDICATIONS
We will no longer be able to call in eye drops, ear drops, diaper creams,
pinworm medications or any other medications after office hours. There are
over the counter numbing ear drops, pinworm medications and head lice
treatments available.
REFILLS
We will no longer be refilling prescriptions outside of regular office hours
except for emergency Asthma medications. Please call during office hours
for refills.
ROUTINE ADVICE
Please call during office hours for advice on formula, constipation, sleep
habits, head lice, pinworms and minor colds. Make sure to keep a copy of
our Helpful Hints handouts and Tylenol/Motrin dosing charts at home and
refer to these for your common questions.

Most insurance companies have a nurse line that is provided to their
patients as a covered benefit. Please call the appropriate number below for
your insurance company for non-emergent advice after hours. If your
insurance isn't listed below you can call the customer service number on the
back of your insurance card.
