Insurance and Billing

It is Galen Medical Group’s goal to provide our patients the highest quality of care and to help guide our patients through the medical billing process.  Our Central Billing Office is located at 5600 Brainerd Road, Suite H200, Chattanooga.  The Central Billing Office handles all questions regarding patient billing and insurance.  The patient business representatives can be contacted at (423) 894-3725, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  All payments should be mailed to Galen Medical Group, P O Box 1030, Chattanooga, TN 37401
