Insurance & Billing

Galen participates in Medicare and most major insurance plans.  If you have questions about your insurance coverage, contact your insurance agent or insurance manager at work.  As a convenience to our patients, Galen bills insurance carriers for patient services.  Co-payments and deductibles, and other expenses not usually covered by insurance, must be paid at the time of service.
